Have any of you seen 'The Making of DMX'? It's a video on how they made the short film (it's located on fxhome.com). Well, if you have, do what they did: attach a rope around the actor's waiste (possibly in front of a blue/ green screen) and pull them as hard as you can onto a mat.

Yeah, like BrownCowStudios said by using an audio editing program and save as .wav and then import it. Audacity is a nice FREE audio editing program I use for everything. Here is the website... http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

I bought a couple WWII helmets and was wondering how to keep them up on your head? Do you use some padding or lining? I can't even keep it up when I'm walking.
