Black and white bad reception dots

I coulldn't decide which forum this went in, mods please move if you feel i've posted it wrong. Anywho.

Anyone know where i can get the black and white dots footage. Sorta like you get on your tv with a bad reception. Best seen in Poltergeist. Or Punk'd.
