ASGs you mean? As far as i know they sort under the same laws/ rules as soft guns. I doubt they`d sell it out in the poen if they were illegal.
(these too have the orange thingy on them)

in UK we dont have orange things on the end of airsoft guns, at least on my Gat it dont, although it is highly illegal and you can go to jail if you walk aroundwith one, but its ok to shoot them in the back garden, and you can shoot piegons, squrrials, rats, mice cos there all counted as pests.

certain ebay branches block certain items. In australia u cant even look for cap guns on there anymore.
