RE: new idea

Good premise, a little tip, you can cut footage like news footage of an old cargo plane for an ext. shot. Same with parachutes. As for the swazi tatted on the werewolfs hand, Nazis back then didnt have tattoos.

Dont keep the bad video reshoot it, you'll get more out of it by reshooting bad stuff than trying to fix it in post.

Are you the one who carries the glock 22? How did you get into the fights? I carry one now, in my teens I knew some people that weren't well liked and had enemies, I have also been shot over billards games, and beating someone with my hands. If you all want to see a real gunfight, look up the laugh...

Actually most real life gun fight are chaotic as hell, and the s*** you see in movies or pull on the paintball field dont work. Look at some live gunfight footagee of Casino shootouts or parking lots surveillance stuff, having been in a few gun battles I find watching those non planned totally chaot...

RE: BLOWBACK airsoft guns...worth it?

If you can't get real guns, blowbacks sometimes work providing they are gas, blank guns also work great, use spring guns for non close up shots or in situations were you may damage the prop.

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Filming your script

Hold on there, NPMAX. Casting calls would attract actors that assume they would be getting paid, which I doubt that dennis is ready to do, storyboards and shot lists are pretty much unneccessary if you're a half way competent cinematographer/director, and with location scouting/securing props and a...

RE: Does anyone have the guts to tackle this?

I don't see the Saudis really cooperating remember, they finance suicide bombers, now the US, Russians and Brits, would most likely only stop it for financial gain or oil. Besides how are bible beaters going to get ahold of a nuke? I could see a dirty bomb type plot, but not in Mecca as no one that ...

Doesn't take that much power to break a neck, I have seen it happen. That being said don't try to really do it to the actor, have him whip his neck in the direction you are going for as you or the other actor make the motion.

RE: FILMING IN UK AIRPORTS - NEED TO KNOW NOW!!!!

Here you are not allowed to film Prisons, Airports, Municipal, State or Federal buildings without permits and you are not allowed to film security procedures no matter what. Trust me on this I almost had my camera confiscated.

RE: Protecting Crew While Shooting Blank Firing Gun Into Cam

You could also do this without protection, what you would need to do is wither have someone hold the camera or place it on tripod, move the camera as far away as possible then zoom iin on the person shooting. Then fire.

We really only kicked the Italians and Japs a**, by the time we got to Europe, the USSR and Britain pretty much had things under control aside from D Day. I mean the major battles were already over. Britain had already fought the battle of the bulge etc.
