to be honest, i need to know this as well. I think when you export your project from A.E, go into the settings, put the quality to high or maximum and put the compression settings to none. I am not sure but i think that might be the solution

Yea, the bulb is a halogen, not a metal halide. Metal halide bulbs can be priced for £100s of pounds, but can be used at around 1000 hrs. But for me they are too expensive. You cant argue at £5.99 per bulb though.
I only changed mine because i put them in the wrong way :P

There are many programs to achieve such effects. I am no whizz on 3D but u can use 3ds Max, Lightwave and a program called blender which i found confusing
