I have an iiyama Pro lite 38b 15" TFT LCD screen and i hate it.
Its small, ugly and the screen turns light blue every 15th second. Its like there is some light blue tint over the screen or something. GAH! i wanna get a new screen.

it is. pasta is the name for all sorts of pasta... ehrm. pasta can be spaghetti, macaroni, tagliatelle, gnocci, tricolore etc etc. http://www.hormel.com/images/glossary/p/pasta_elbow.jpg This is macaroni. they are too small, so try to find these: http://int.primopiatto.barilla.com/ilmondodellapasta/...

I came up with an idea:
Buy those large macaronis and stuff them with flour, put aluminum foil or something in the holes at the sides, then shoot it at the wall with a slingshot. The bigger macaroni the better.

I think it could work. Ive seen 1 hour clips in .ra format that were just a couple of megs, and they were fairly good quality for their filesize.

But didnt the directors say they wrote it as a trilogy?

I think the safest and cheapest way to do explosions is stock footage! With a good mask it can look pretty good.
