It is an interesting story, personally i think you get thrown into the action a little to quick. But that's just me. ;) Yeah, I thought that too but wanted to wait for some more opinions (cast is reading it currently) before I went through and added more scenes to give a little more back story, whi...

New Script-The War of the Fallen

This is the new script for the first production to come from Final Light Productions (website coming soon!). Now I realize that the dialogue and action could use some work, but that will all be fixed. The script isn't short so please make time to read it when you can (when shot it will be about an h...

Well, he's a vampire, and in the movie the Vampire's can only be killed by sunlight or decapitation. So I had to think of different ways to decapitate someone without it getting repetitive and this was one of them. So yes, greuesome it is.

There are certain things that have to go on a frontpage, most people wouldn't notice it if you didn't...let me find my Modern Media papers and I'll post what all you need. I made a mock up paper in that class, turned out to be pretty good if I may say so myself.

Secondly how would I do the dusting effect, like in Blade, Buffy, and every other Vampire movie ever made, theres only one scene that needs it, so thats a saving grace. Anyone have any idea how to handle that? BTW, I'm out of town so I haven't had the ability to test the idea.

PRoblem with glue is, it makes it hard for me to hold onto the knife and spin him, I hold the knife while he spins so it chops off his head, I don't think was very clear on that sorry. It's a small knife that makes it into the center of his neck, I grip his shoulder (or something) and make him do a ...

I thought about that, but wont it look fake when I slam it into his neck (not hard, promise  ) and the knife goes in, wont it be obvious its a gag knife, or should I just do it from as far away as I can? (IT's in a small room) I just want the shot to look good, cause it's important.

No I stab him in the neck with the knife, then spin him around to chop his head off, my problem is making it look like the knife is in his neck the entire time, i know how to bloody it up, but not how to make it look like the knife is in there.

Well I have to spin him around and use the knife to chop off his head. In other words he has to move with the knife in him, I suppose I could do it that way, but I risk the chance of having an edge of the cut knife pop up or something, probably just do it from far away so it's not as noticeable.

Okay, I have a scene from my new movie that looks like this: "ERIC RUNS AT GABRIEL, BUT GABRIEL IS ALREADY ON HIS FEET, HE PULLS THE KNIFE, FLIPS IT FORWARD AND SLAMS IT INTO ERIC'S NECK. GABRIEL GRIPS ERIC'S SHOULDER AND PUSHES SO THAT ERIC SPINS AROUND. WHEN ERIC FINISHES HIS 360 HIS HEAD FAL...

Also, one really cool tag line sort of thing, like for instance in the "Naughty Soldiers" trailer, at the end the scientist says "I picked a hell of a day to quite masturbating" (or something to that effect.) THis is a good example, it makes you wanna watch it to know why he quit...

It almost seems like it is more trouble than it's worth to me. Maybe you can find a knitted sweater and spray paint it silver! If it is a think sweater, I think that could work. Eh, if I was gonna go with chain mail I wouldn't do that it would look wayyyy too fake from the picture of it I have in m...

I would say it is old, look at the dates Matt's original post was on Jun 17, 2002 - 10:17 PM and Famous's post was on Feb 21, 2004 - 02:30 AM so in other words Famous is reaaaalllly bored and going around bringing back old threads.
