The hot glue strings method it's very good but it's time consuming to achieve a realistic loock. There is a device to attach to a regullar electric drill that makes really impresive spiderwebs using a special fluid sold with the device. There is a device called "USB Video Bus" made by the brand "Belkin" It cost about $80.00, and comes with a video edditing software, pretty cheap but it's someting to start with :lol:

You plug it to a USB input in your Pc and it's done..... simple as that..!!!

Make a "start poin keyframe", set the value for full color
make another keyframe, this time "end point" and set the color value to 0%.
the program will do it automaticly 4 u ( only the color change)

I don't recomend photoshop if it's a video. Painting each filmstripframe would take years. Premier or After Effects will work great.
