There is a tutorial by Brown Cow Studios about how to morph a man to a sheep, ussing After Effects and it's reshape filter. Looks pretty cool, they have a short clip along with the tutorial.

It can also be done using liquid latex. There is a very cheap and flexible one at my local sex shops. 16 oz. @ $8.00 I'll get the name later. Just apply a small stripe to the face, let it dry and then drain the blood under the dry latex patch.

Use base make-up to camouflage the patch.
