I use an un-parallel broken tripod, home made steadicam, digital camera, and the most pathetic thing, I stuck a $40 microphone in a tube for my sound.

The only problem is they only have relativley new stuff. Blockbuster though has way too high prices on their new stuff. I saw the shining there for $29.99 there, and I saw it for $17.99 at best buy.

The problem is he does not move, the blood jusst drips. I am going to let it roll off, but the problem is finding a good angle where you can clearly see it drop all the way down.

but is the vx1000 good for a starting camera? By what means doo you mean a starting camera? If this is your first camera, then I wouldn't spend a large ammount of money. But if it is your start into making films for festivals, sale, or the rest of it, then I would suggest buying a better camera. Af...

I don't know much about it. Right now im using cinelook for a bit of colour correction, however it takes an extremley long time to render. Im sure there is something better out there. As for picture correction, I don't think it makes the overall quality better, just a crisper, better looking picture...

Blood Dripping

Im still struggling on how I am going to do this. What has to happen is that a guy is standing perfectly still and a drop of blood comes off his face. I want to be able to see the drop fairly good, and it would be nice if it dropped off all in one shot, like a close up. I was considering doing some ...

Steven Spielberg 2. Danny Boyle 3. Quentin Tarantino 4. Robert Rodriguez 5. James Cameron 6. Ridley Scott 7. Stan...

I tried what raptor said, but there was no luck. So I just uninstalled it then installed it again, and it worked. Now though I have extra effects and all that other stuff that dosent install manually that I have to delete. But at least it's working.

Yeah im writing one right now, but just for something to do. I don't intend to shoot it, but maybe in the possible future, mainly because the problem is I need older people in it. It's like 30 pages or so and like a quarter into it. I thought a standard script was only 90 pages.

Ok Ive got a problem with premiere 6.5. When I go to capture the screen is grey. Its not the camera or firewire because I can capture fine in other programs. Also when I import stuff and put it on the timeline I get no video, just audio. Can anyone help?

Could anyone here do some original music?

Im not sure if anyone can, but this would be a lot easier. Im doing a short film that should end up about 15 min or less. Its not quite a horror, or a thriller. Almost a clockwork orange type stuff would be good.

Sounds good. It sounds like one of those films where it seems like a fantasy but then they realize life cant work in a fantasy world. I find it strange why people strive to be perfect. They waste much of their life away trying to get a 95% average by doing huge projects, studying extremely long, and...

first off go to file, and import, then go to file. Pick your file and it should be in the program. At the start screen I don't know what you would pick for PAL, but I usually put my stuff to VHS, and I pick the main one, it should already be highlighted, it's like a dv type with 12 bit or 16 bit sou...
