Sad music?

Post by rhys »

Does anyone know of anygood sad songs? For example my 'opening titles' test was the instrumentals from paparrazi from xsibit, ive never heard that song until i bought it. I want some really sad songs, for say, when someone dies, or a whole lot of people die and a guy is left alone. Any ideas?

Basically it's a solemn Mass. Mozart wrote a Requiem, try looking it up.

A sad solo piano piece would work well for somebody left alone.

Yeah, i hate that music, i want something a little more normal, but stilll sad. Something like Nyphetamine from Cradle Of Filth, or Lacuna Coil from Swamped. Or something awesome like that song Papparrazi Instrumentals from Xzibit.

Download the "Remembering Munich" song. That should be perfect sad music.

More normal? LOL You have no idea what a requiem is, still.

Even this movie used Mozart's requiem.

Should I also mention the composer is several hundred years long dead and probably won't bother you about copyright issues.

Yes, but those who recorded certain versions would.

Chino XL - Even If It Kills Me
Chino XL - Can't Change Me
Canibus - Genabis
Jedi Mind Tricks - Narrow Grave
Jedi Mind Tricks - Silence And I
Virtuoso - Devilish

If you want to go classical you might want to look up Moonlight Sonata (by Beethoven). It's a lone piano, and I know a lot of people have remade it with a lone acoustic guitar instead. The guitar is slower, could fit nicely with what you need.

cr** this is an old thread.

But Rhys- if you want sad piano music, get the soundtrack from the movie "Amiele."

It's the saddest.
