Just add some motion animation to it, experiment what you can do.

ctbullet, I think it's a "Punch Type" font. Like aaronv2 said, there are lots of them. (here's one)
Here is my opinion: if someone is going to have a film production company, they should put the time and effort into making their own introduction. If they don't have the resources to make "cool/weird"
computer-made intro, they could do something creative...I've seen logos that are written on cakes, and then filmed.
Anyway, I like the clock idea JackBauerII had. Or you could just have a time lapse of a clock, and have it stop at 10 past three, then fade in the text for the logo.

He should know what he wants it to look like. "Cool/Weird" does not help describe what he's after...
Edit: The clock may be typical, but it can still be cool or weird, depending on how it's filmed.

i agree actaully that you should put the effort in personally to make an intor, adding motion in premeire is fun to mess about with, just give it ago

i like aaronv2's idea with the 13, how the hell you thought of that is beyond me, but excellent.
You could hav the number 13 glowing for a second, then parting and hav "0 past" fade in, to make "10 past 3"
and maybe add an extra glimmer wiping across it as a whole, before fading out
