Sniper Rifle Scope Shot

Does anyone know how to make a shot of the camera looking through a sniper rifle scope?

You make a black outline of the circle with crosshairs in photoshop or you could even use paint. then you paint the white part where the film will be shown green. Then you just import it, overlay it where you wnat and key out the green. I have a tempalte if you want it.

I also found a template on google. Search "Sniper scope." It's 2nd from the top on the left hand side. You can then put it in photoshop and tweak it to fit your needs.
