New logo intro that I made

Post by wildstorm »

Nothing elaborate. Just something simple and gets the point across. Thought I would display it.

Hehehe that was cool.
I like the lightning and the move in the end, but it was all good. If you wanted it to seem 100% unused and unmade-with-plugins, id have the thing that goes across either a little smaller or something, it just seemed like you were playing with 3 plugins and some sound effects. But no, dont let me sound bad, im just saying that it is really good, but u could change the tiniest things, but an audience wont know or care, so good job.
Im making a logo too for Zac while hes at school and im at his house.

Thanks for the comments guys. I used Trapcodes Shine plugin for Adobe After Effects. Its a pretty cool plug in.

With that amount of energy I think the text should fly through the camera at you instead of just bloating. That has a great feel to it though, loved the sound effects.

Is that free?

Awesome effect, and I think you should also try Firestorm's suggestion and have it explode as it bloat.shudders.

No, but it's well worth the $100 it costs. All trapcodes plugins are godly.

Very nice. Everything was above par and to me would be considered eye candy for a viewer. I was mentioning to somebody elses opener that you're trying to get the audience to remember your logo so the next time they see a film of yours they would remember how good your last one was. Haha, I was wearing headphones and the volume was a bit high, at first it scared the cr** outta me.

Nah i dont think i did, i think i could only get it down to 10kb and even tho the allowed size has gone up to 7kb its still too small, unless i scale the pic down even more, but i dont want to, i wanna have it the full 128x128 pixles.
