Just fooling around with blender...
Hi there, here's a small animation I made in blender not so long ago. the character is animated using a primitive armature, and the whole thing took about 12 hours to render; mostly because of the reflectivity of the character. I did this just for fun, and it's my second animation using an humanoid figure. consider it as a test.

you're actually right... I don't know what's the problem, though... probably something going on with putfile.

Yep, doesn't work for me. Maybe Putfile doesn't accept the format you used?

You have to wait for the video to process once you upload it. Takes a while.
RE: Just fooling around with blender...
that was good , so if u wanted cud u croma key that into an actual movie?

It was ok, animation wise, but the lack of shadows really bugged me.

mick-> yes, I would only have to change the background for something that isn't the same color as the robot, and render it again.
Metronome-> thanks, and the lack of shadow is because of the reflectivity of the floor; even though it doesn't look like that, it has a high specularity which washes out the shadows. plus, the position of the light doesn't helps; one is almost horizontal, and the other one is straight above. but if you look carefully you can see a little shadow under the robot.
