Has anyone used smooth-on products?
I am looking at trying body-double for a face cast and just curious if anyone has used it before?

It works well but is very expensive, I think around $50 for 2 lbs. of it and the gun you need. It's pretty stupid if you need the gun, some special plastic nozzles and the gun. If I were you I'd go to my local Dick Blick store and get Moulgage which is sort of like alginate but can be reused 100 times.

I am in the U.S., what do you mean by moulage? Here that is considered the creating of Trauma Makeup and wounds, not an actual product?

No actually I had asked about gelatine before, I just found smooth on, I did mention it on another board to try to get a wide range of opinions.
