Found this today. http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/ . It's really great for making names for secondary/minor characters in a script, or even for placeholder names for the main characters until you come up with a good full name.
Apart from that, and on a similar subject (and I can't take credit for this at all, I heard it on Michael Stackpole's The Secrets), old Olympic records are a great source for names--and they're even organized into nationalities for your convenience .
