well I will spare you my messy apartment. I was sitting at work this morning thinking about this thread, and was wishing I had my cammera, just for giggles and clame that my edit bay at work was my home editting sweat. But I figured that all the bata tapes and mix of modern and 20 year old stuff, and software on the screan that nobody has ever heard of would give it away. Plus that might get me fired.

I just took pictures of my new office (moved one of the kids into my old office so I'd have more room...she was warned to keep it clean ). I'll try to post those later today.
Low/No budget cinema that looks like a million Bucks!

Alright, so finally got some time to put together an official post. Most of my editing and film equipment is done through my work, which used to be an apprenticeship, but now I run and manage the lab there. It's a student media oriented production company geared toward film and music. They've got a lot of sweet gear, so I thought I'd share a bit.
Here's a bunch of editing bays. Two new Mac Pros and two old G5s.
Some more editing bays, primarily directed toward music on this side.
Some sound mixin' equipment.
There's my office, with a little picture of some of the equipment.
And some shelves and shelves of equipment.
I thought I'd throw this in for kicks. Just some gear I've got for myself.
Here's the belt o' tools I take with me to every shoot. Just a grip belt set from Set Wear with a pouch and some gloves, got your standard light, knife, allen wrenches, gaffer tape, and whatnot in the pouch. Another knife outside. And my favorite of all tools: The Sekonic Dual Master L-558R Light Meter. Loads of hours of fun with that thing, and tons of improved work that's for sure. Oh, and the camera bag to the Nikon D40 I took all these photos with. Tell me what yall think.

Ah yes, thanks! I found the tutorial on here and decided it would make a nice weekend project. It was quite fun to do, and we added a magnet so that the magazine could detach and lock into place.kene555, like the AK
Only problem, during heavy use and shaking, the mag would sometimes fall out...good in the bloopers.
