Legal - US - Copyrighting and registering your work!

Post by El Brenty »

Okay, here's something I dug up regarding registering the copyright on your work. We had a brief bit of foxwooding on a very similar topic a while back, but I thought I'd start anything that's got a legal undertone with "Legal" in the subject header for ease of reference for any of you who can be bothered to look!

I was researching this because I have to register a copyright design name for balloons designs I'm doing at the moment that'll be manufactured next year.

Here's the link: US Copyright Office

And if you're in Canada (Which is practically a suburb of the US!) : Copyright Law in Canada

Ooh, the Canadians wont like that! It's like telling a Welsh/Scots/Irishman that their English.
