I'm doing a film like Matrix and I want to do the Bullet Time effect without spending to much money and get a cool effect.

oh man dont tell me i gotta post my mini tutorial again... LOL. Ill work on a tutorial so u can just make a sticky in the effects section Matt it seems you guys get a bullet time thread every week

most tutorials make us of morphing software
that's a little hard, but the cheapest way!
If you want to spend a little (about 15Ã¢â€šÂ¬), you'll get a very nice result using this technique:

short tutorial, not specific for any software, but it just gives you the idea.
