How can I encode something to WMV or DIVx?

What program would I use to convert an AVI/MPEG/MOV to DIVX or WMV, I don't think I can use Premiere to export to WMV or DivX.

Premiere pro will export to WMV, with 6.0 I'm not sure, I use cleaner 5 to export for the web in 6.0...

Is there a program I can download that will export to DivX or a program I can use that will take the exported MPEG (whatever file format of my edited film) and convert it to DIXx?

make sure you have divx downloaded too cause then you can test the movie. and i dont think premiere even has the codec unless divx has been downloaded but i may be wrong.

No, Premiere doesn't come standard with the divx codec.

on output you choose AVI System Codec and theres a big list of codecs. if youve downloaded the DivX codec it should be on there
