hey, i was wondering how to format a script the proper way. also once i have it done and edited, how do i go about copywriting it and about how muchdoes it cost for about a hundred page script?

There is a section of formating in the tutoral section of the forum, that and a script program like Fianl Draft will format everything for you. You can copywrite you script with the Screenwriters guild if I remember corectly and I don't think you pay by length.

You can only copyright thru the Copyright office of the government. The screen writers guild allows you to register witht hem, but you has no legal standing. Technically as soon as you create the document you have a copyright to it. Defending your copyright tho, without registering it is harder, and you can not recover mentary damages without registration. Registration is $35.00 in the US, and require you to fill out a form, and submit it along with your script.
