How do u make a radio-like voice
Sadly enough, I don't know what will work for making a radio-like transmitted voice message, seen in many spy movies. I've tried using Adobe Premiere's audio effects and couldn't find a solution.
Any tips?

Try using an equalizer effect and removing all the bass and mid tones, it will give you a tinny sound coming from the treble. This allows the viewer to still make out what is being said, and sounds ok. To make it sound better, I apply distortion effect after the equalizer. Only very slight though or you make the words undecipherable.
If you don't have a distortion effect, try recording your voice just going 'ssshhhhhhhhhh' very lightly - like telling someone to be quiet. Then place this audio alongside the voice (that you have the used equalizer on).

Even something as simple as cupping your hand over your mouth may work fine.

If you want to email me an mp3 version of you talking, I have a program that works really well for making that sound. I will shoot you back a couple of versions, you can pick the one you like.
Just an offer.

Why don't you just use a CB radio or a walkie talkie?
