Comcast = Domain Registration

As you all know, im cheap....yeah very cheap...i dont like to spend money on s*** online. What i need is the following..

i need that to be a domain name like something .com

Like a forewarding service, im willing to pay, i just want a url say

www.xeropictures.com to foreward to that url....What site is good to do this....exactly, and im not sure that domains is taken....let me know
