The best cam for $3000, also I need to know what do I NEED to capture with that bizach?? I have a fire-wire and i use Pinnacle Studio to capture, so help me out before I waste a good 3grand on a piece of cr**.

Agh, 3grand camera but 50$ editing softwear?

You can transfer onto it though, just as you do on your camera now.

You can find a Sony VX2100 for $2100 from reputable sellers! $3000 is the generic price. I think the PD150 is getting a little on the older side though. I've been looking at a lot of camcorders lately for myself, so I say: Try for the new Sony HDV-FX1 like me!!! :D
