ok ive had this problem before no ones seems interested after you film and edit a cool trailer, well my original trailer was 1866kbs and half the size of the page, I realized even on pro sites like IMDB they used small poor quialty trailers so i copyed off the pros. I think yours is the same as mine use to be, its too big for 56kps modems I redid mine in realplayer smaller now its 666kbs and must faster. Also i needed to do a lot of advertising to get ppl looking at it.
check out my trailer on the above link.
thanks

From the other thread:
Passit wrote:please take a look and pass on comments. this was done a while back and we have improved in filming since then. The script for this scene has changed a bit and the sound and lighting are pretty bad and will be improved upon (along with some of the acting!).
Seems like you've identified your own problems.

By the way, do away with the fake beard. It may seem to add "comic value" to some, but to me it was very bothersome.

Those were some damn good poker hands!
Erm... yeah...

nigel, liked the teaser, short, to the point yet gave nothing away. When you finish the whole film my advice, keep the teaser the same way.

cheers nigel, i just pressumed ythe majority of people would have faster modems. your trailer was good by the way- short and sweet!

thanks brown cow - i see your point with the beard, and whilst it doesn't fit into the context of the scene it is necassary for what we are going for. this is not a comedy - it is supposed to be a parody of an action film like james bond i.e. so badly done it seems an intentional mockery. i still want it filmed well but everything to be over the top with bad production values. it is true that this is being made for our own entertainment rather than to contribute something to amateur film making but hey, youve got to just do stuff for fun sometimes or you lose sight of what its about.
