how do i create menus for vcd's?
i have nero 5.5 special edition, adobe photoshop and windows movie maker 1 and 2

I don't think you can make menues for VCD's, but you can make one layered mens (at leat I think it's one layered, it may be more) for SVCD, which is another format that can be burned onto a CD-R. Look around, I think I remember seeing some freeware programs that will burn SVCD. However, SVCD is nowhere near as compatible as VCD, so You have to make sure your DVD player plays it first

go in to the vcd making thing on nero.
then press file--->compilation info (a menu coming up)
then go to menu and.. enable menu

You CAN make full animated menus for VCD using a program called TSCV from www.tscv.org i think it's no longer available, but i did have it on my site & i think Grant & Ornsack downloaded it.
It's a bit tricky to get the hang of, but works a treat, even lets you add chapters in your movie....
