Hello everyone, I have a quick little issue to resolve. At uni where I work they have Premiere Pro installed on a Windows XP machine. They do not have firewire though so USB is used for capture.
Problem we have is that Windows recognises the camera but Premiere does not. Has anyone got any ideas? In the other labs all is well due to firewire. Is it simply a driver issue?

RE: USB - Premiere Pro problem
Premiere pro only seems to reconize firewired enabled cameras. Ive tried to use the usb cable but it wont work. The only way i capture videos on my comp is using windows movie maker.
