This can be done, although it will be difficult. I don't know if you will have a permit to shoot there, but there are two ways that I can think of to do this.
1) Use a boom pole and mic. These are very directional, so if you get the mic overhead and point it at the actors, it should only pick up what they are saying. If you needed something that wasn't so big, obtrusive, or noticable, you could consider a wireless mic. This is basically a tiny mic about a half inch long that wires to a transmitter the size of a deck of cards that the actors shoves in a back pocket. This is good if you are limited for space or cannot get the camera close to the actor, but some of these pick up audio from everywhere, not just the actor.
2) Have the actors say their lines, then have them say it again back at home. Dub the audio over to match up as best you can.

If you re-dub it, make you sure you record a few minutes of just the music in the club without the actors saying anything, that way you can you record the actors saying their lines in the club, re-dub at home, and then cut out the track of them saying it at the club. Then just add the few minutes of music behind the re-dub. This way you won't hear their voices twice (in the club and the re-dub) and you will still be able to hear the background music. This also gives you freedom to control the volume of the music compared to the actor's voice.
Be sure to record seaparately some continues background effects music, crowd etc. Adding music from cd is not and option (atmosphere). ADR is needed because even if you record actors you won't put it together in post. The background noise will be changing on every cut. Of course if you record it "live" in working hours. If you can - record actors without any backgrond sounds (club must be "all yours" at the time) and after editing the dialog add the noise and music and other sound effects.

In fact I can't be arsed. Good day!
Ok you've talked me in to it. They never film in a nightclub with music blazing. You make your actors shout as if they're trying to make themselves heard, and then dub on the music after.

This is my advice just going off your thread title:
Don't go to Night Clubs, they are evil places! Filled with Banshees, witches, Ogres and Orks!!!
You've been warned!

i'm back for a day again, lol.
Yeah, I suggest getting a few people in a small room, get some crazy bangin' tunes in the background (edited, methinks.), some wacky lighting and some really tight angles and close ups, so people don't know you were just in someone's garage. Have a few establishing shots of a real nightclub in there too, but if you have geniune (sp?) permition (sp??) to film there, then do what you want with it.
Stay off drugs.
