converting WMV files to VCD format

i need to know what a good converter is that actually works that converts WMV files to mpeg1 vcd format. i've tried out many but none of them seem to convert it correct and the sound is always before the video...if you could help me out that would be great

Try TMPGEnc 2.5. I think you can get a demo of it somewhere. I know I have once converted a WMV to a MPEG 1 before. It should work fine.
