This is a homemade version. This allows you to use 35mm lenses to get better depth of field control with your video camera.

Looks easy to build and the results look pretty good!
If anyone has seen the Mini35 Adapter..... (Or anyone else)

Depth of Field is a combination of aperture and the focal length of the lens. The smaller the focal length the deeper the depth of field at the same aperture. Video Cameras have very small focal length because they focus on small CCD's so the depth of field of a video camera is very deep. Its very difficult to get a persons face in focus and have the background just behind them be out of focus with a video camera. You can do it if you get far away from them and zoom in on them. (You are increasing the focal length of the lens by zooming)
With the Mini35 style adapter, you can use SLR lenses and you get the same DOF as the 35mm SLR, You can focus on one element in the scene and then pull focus to a different element. You also can use it to blur out busy our distracting backgrounds etc.
I hope this made sense.
