publishing video for web

Sorry about the lame/basic question... I just can't figure out why my premiere 6.5 on a mac OS X.2 doesn't allow me to "Export to Web". I've downloaded the necessary plugins (RealPlayer, etc.) and nowhere can I find out why I still don't have that option. It doesn't even list it under File>Export Timeline>Export RealPlayer...etc. Nothing! I'm lost. Can someone please explain why/how to correct this.

Just export the file as an, avi or mov or whatever you want, then upload the file to a hosting service if you can find one that allows you to host that size files.
