Book: Secrets of Hollywood Special Effects

Can anyone tell me if this is a very good book for in-real effects or just a book that is handy when you need it sometimes? In "Swedish Tigers" we need some mortar or rocket launcher effects and in the contents of the book I can see "mortars/bazookas"!

Woah, I want this book. Can't help you much, but the stuff seems pretty extensive, so the info would probably be good. Of coures you can always post asking for idea's here!

It is a good book but you have to remember that it does not tell you many exacts of how things are done. They don't tell you any real secrets, they earn money by using there secrets. But it does give you some handy guides
