mediastudio 6.5 help

hi guys, i've got hold of mediastudio 6.5 and figured it out. only thing is i have two small probs:

1 = theres a big red cross over the preview screen - can ne1 tell me y this is, and whether it'll disappear if i copy my film to vcd/dvd wotever? It is a full version of mediastudio as far as i'm aware.

2 = i've figured out how to put soundtracks on, but i cant get the audio and the video to play at the same time in the preview - is there sumthing really obvious here that i'm missing?

And last thing - its not really a problem, but how can you make the preview full screen size??

any help would be gladly appreciated
