i just made a vcd and was all happy put it in the dvd player and it was all pixelated!what can i do to make it not so pixelated?

How pixelated? VCD is naturally somewhat pixelated because it doesn't have the resolution of regular DVD (i's MPEG1 as opposed to 2). If it is really pixelated, check your render settings.

i have nero rom how do i encode in mpeg 1 or change the render?

yeah TMPGenc is good thats what i used before i got a dvd burner,
i cant run that i only have MEnot 2000 or xp
oh, it doesnt run on ME? if you can burn as svcd for better quality
