I'm currently finishing up my movie DEAD WINTER in Adobe Premiere 6.0 and I was going to burn a scene onto DVD, but the MPEG encoder that should be under the export movie options is not there. I was wondering if anyone has ever encountered this problem, and if perhaps reinstalling Premiere it would do anything.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks
Jason

RE: Adobe MPEG Encoder Question
Yes I have had that problem in premiere pro and uninstalling/reinstalling the program fixed that. When you uninstall premiere pro it saves teh project folders and all that intact, so you shouldn't lose anything during the uninstall and reinstall. But just to be save make a copy of your project file and all your source material, plus the preview files. Then you're SURE not to lose anything.
