Anyways...
There is an FX that I want to do where the FX(Trapcodes Stroke), actually
goes around a humanbeing. The FX can be seen in U2's "Starin' At The Sun" music video. If you havent seen it, they have a DVD which has it.
I know how to use Trapcodes Stroke, but I cant for the life of me figure
out how to pull off the trick as seen in the video.
Anyone know how to do this FX trick?
Ive tried in vain and to no avail, in figuring it out. I thought that in AE, that I would bring in a video clip, then duplicate that clip, draw a Mask around the Top layer, add the Stroke to Top Layer, and then "bend" it around that Image. But the Stroke still only appears as a 2D, and doesnt go around the 3D image.
I'm using AE 5.5
Please, anyone with knowledge on how to so this.
