The 20 second rule is total rubbish, it doesnt matter whether you only use 2 seconds, its still in copyright. either way, its always best not to get sued!

so do most of you just go ahead and use the music anyway?
and still what are the chances firstly that someone will find out and secondly that theyll actually want to sue you for it
