whenj I read the freeplaymusic.com license im sure it said it was free to use unless you were like a main stream movie company or something.

Read it again, unles you are a major broadcast or film player, with a blanket ASCAP,BMI, or SESAC license, and make use of a cue sheet to pay the royalties due under that license, then you are required to purchase the license for freeplay. They are allowing the bigger guys to use the music because they will get the fees back in royalty payments thru the above license agents. You can use it for personal projects, as long as it is not broadcast, posted tot he web or distributed, or in an educational use by a student only for use on school grounds.
