those guys are insane

i've seen similar videos it to that before, i'd love to learn all the stunts!!

Its called a wallflip... lol. Anyways its commonly seen in tricking or la parkour.

It Looks pretty but if your making a film real dirty bar brawl style fighting allways has the edge.
if your making an actual martial arts film then its great, but they get old fast.

Whats the trick where u lie on the ground then flick your self up?

i think its called hop up or hip up or something, practice it on your bed, its fairly simple
