Post by rhys »

I was thinking about getting a strong toy sword for movies but then i found out there all bad.
Would real swords be ok for movies or are they too dangerous?

Ugh, just blunt them and don't kill yourself.
You obviously don't want plastic swords on your screen.
It's as simple as not running with scissors... ughghghghgh.

Google for stage combat swords. I think they are a little pricey but are suitable for video production.

Heavily blunted and some careful, careful, Careful choreography and you should be alright. Ive had machete fight before...and they weren't blunted. Don't do that.
