shotgun???????????????????

Does anyone have any idea on how to build a realistic pumpaction shotgun....king of like the ak47 page but just for a shot gun?????????

Dude ease up on the question marks.

Is it at all possible for you to get an airsoft shotgun? It'd be much easier than building one from scratch, I think.

Me and my mates used a plastic shotgun when filming our film, it had sound effects when you pumped it back, but we just removed the batteries so it solved the problem.
It looked fine on film aswell incase you were wondering.

Haha, don't use that many question marks.
I got a toy shotgun from a toy store, looks good if it's repainted.
If you can't find a toy shotgun, get an airsoft.

Toy ones work fine aslong as the colour is right, hey they even use toy guns in hollywood. The line or realism between the look of real guns and toy guns is getting so thin anyway, aslong as you have yer muzzle flash and yer sound effect, works a treat.

For The Forest (see the gallery) we used an airsoft. Worked fine, although for the sequel we'll be using something more realistic so we get the weight right.

Trying to build one would be very hard, especially with the pump action. I would try to get an airsoft, they tend to look more realistic and can have smoky muzzle flashes.
