does anyone know how to create the Effect when the camera is moved it leaves behind a trail of frames (Its kinda hard to explain but if you've seen the Bourne Supremacy you should understand what i'm saying)

Some camcorders have a built in digital effect where it leaves trails. I'd check to see if yours does (if you haven't) first. My old camcorder had it built it, and it looked fairly neat. I have a theory on how it could be done, but it might be very strung out, and somewhat difficult to do. If I get a chance, I'll try it, and let you know how it turned out. Until then, try to do a search on it to see if there's any tuts on it.

In Premiere it's called Ghosting.

Maj, thats something different, you could kinda see what hes saying if you see the beginning of Freddy Got Fingered when the bottom of the screen shows him skateboarding.

Right now i'm basically broke so i'm working with pinnacle 9
