The blood would be splattered infront of where he first got shot, unless you hit a few veins. I couldn't see any blood coming out when he got hit too, don't know if it was from you not putting enough blood in your squib or your movie got converted to Flash 8

An individual born into a wizarding family who has no magical powers. They're called squibs.

But in this particular context, squib means a small explosive, detonated remotely to "fire" a blood hit.

You can get them if your an official pyrotechnician. You can make them for 2$ each, get a condom, put blood in it, tie it off then put a small piece of sheet metal and put it on your body, put a firecracker after then then the blood packet and light it.

Sounds safe...

But yea, it looked good, although I didn't see any blood, just smoke (which look really cool anyway). Also the guy got hit before the gun went off, so that was alittle odd. What did you do exactly? I liked it.

And yea, that was alot of blood though, lol. (It was like watching Resevoir Dogs.)

our original plan was to use the pressure canister and squirt blood upon gun shot impact, but on location wasn't practicle, so we used the party popper idea (original sound, not added btw) gutted that you noticed the guy died before the gun went off, i didn't notice personally but cheers, ill take more care in future, and yeh with the blood my friend got a little carried away and started throwing loads on the floor, it was supposed to be the time amount where i was walking along the path.

thanks for the input dudes, much appreciated

(also firecrackers as you call them are very difficult to get hold off in the UK)
