Liquid Latex
Can anyone help me , i want to know if liquid latex can be put directly onto skin to help create special fx's

Probably not a good idea. I'm sure it would burn the skin something awful, plus it could be potentially toxic. The better idea would be to create a mold of the body part or object to be duplicated, then pour the liquid latex into the mold.

You can put liquid Latex directly onto the skin that is what it is made for, it will then dry and you apply makeup. check out the zombie makeup thed the wounds there were made with liquid latex, the only forseable problem would be a person allergic to latex.

You can also get some pretty interesting effects using Liquid Latex and cotton batting. Stipple some latex on the skin and press some cotton into it, then keep stippleing latex over it. Dry using a hairdryer.
Test for allergys first by placeing a small amount in the crook of your subjects arm. You should get a reaction within 15 min to a half hour.[/i]
