Does anyone know of a program that can take in an audio file, and remove the lyrics? Because there is a song I want to use that sounds really good, but the lyrics don't work with the context.

you can reduce the volume of them with goldwave ithink thats what it is. but on some songs it wont work at all and others it will work really well, it all depends on the song.

With certain programs you can eliminate the "center" channel, which contains the dialogue.

If it's a Recent Song, most CD's come with either the instrumental version of that song, or the rubbish- no guitars- but slow talking versions
