ok well a man makes a "steroid" for the government and he needs testing. some terrorists go in for testing and right before the scientist could give them the medicine to get rid of the steroid, the terrorist knocks him out. its up to the son to find his dad. im only 12 so its not that good

Yeah, I have no clue what you're saying either. Heres a few things I think though.
1. Why does the scientist make this "Steroid" for the government?
2. Why are terrorists being the Guinea Pig for this "Steriod"?
3. What are the terrorists going to do with the drug?
4. What does your age have to do with how good the idea or how the movie will be?

Ok...wait. The terrorists find out about the government sponsored drug and volunteer to take it...then start beating the place up. Dont bother with the scientist finding out that they are terrorists and trying to give an antidote. Just have them suddenly start beating the heck out of the research building. They can then kidnap the scientist, get more of the steroid, and maybe steal some biotoxin so the government will actually go after them...Just kidnapping a scientist is not a reason that the government would get involoved, methinks.

Anyway, just some suggestions to strengthen your plot.
And don't worry about being 12. We were all 12 once, doesn't mean anything about your film
